ARBITRATOR was formed on the 16th of January, 1994 as a creative alliance of Lonewolf (guitar, vocal) ? Tormentor (drums) met Axel (bass). In March, Lice (vocals) came to the band and all together they begun to prepare their starting songs. In the 16th of December, 1994 the band made a first appearance on the local stage.
